We work hand-in-hand with Pediatritians, Registered Dietitians, Counselors, and other highly skilled health care providers to deliver a superior program offering. Our programs are founded on the highly effective, yet very traditional (and safe) shifting of attitudes and perceptions regarding exercise and nutrition. The kids have such a good time they forget they are actually exercising. They learn in our program that nutrition is "fuel" and exercise is "fun". We encourage this perception and push the kids to get involved in other activities after the swimming sessions are over. Parents learn how to change habits to encourage healthier meal offerings and family exercise.
